Sometimes, everything seems to fall apart.
But that’s exactly when perseverance begins to work.
It was a beautiful afternoon at the beach. The sun was shining bright, and the waves made a calm little melody, as if the sea itself were singing to us.
I, Lobombom, was there with my friend Zeca when he had an idea that made my eyes light up:
— “Lobombom, let’s build the biggest sandcastle in the world!”
We started full of excitement. We scooped up wet sand, shaped towers, built walls. But building something big takes work…
And every once in a while, a bold little wave would come and wash away a piece of the castle.
Zeca sighed:
— “Oh… I don’t think this is going to work.”
I sat down beside him and said calmly:
— “It’s okay, Zeca. That’s just how building works. Sometimes it falls… but every little grain still counts.”
We took a deep breath. We scooped up more wet sand. And we started again.
Little by little, the castle grew. With tall towers, seashells turned into flags, and lots of laughter scattered across the sand.
By the end of the afternoon, Zeca looked at the castle and smiled proudly.
It wasn’t just a sandcastle. It was proof that not giving up turns effort into joy.
Message / Moral
Life is like a sandcastle. Sometimes, something falls. Sometimes, you feel like stopping. But perseverance is that quiet strength that says: “Keep going. One step at a time.” With faith, patience, and courage, God keeps strengthening our hearts until the dream stands tall.

Lobombom’s Challenge
Build a Tower of Perseverance at home. It can be made with blocks, cups, or paper. Every time something feels hard, add a piece to the tower. And remember: growing takes time, and that’s okay.
